Are you Qualified?
Applicants' income must not exceed the following limitations before applying, to Moderate Rental
Housing;
If your combined household income is under the limit stated in 'Admissions/Maximum Income allowed, Prior to
Occupancy,compared to the number of applying persons. You are qualified to apply, for Moderate Rental.
You Should overview the Moderate Rental Base rent rates, and costs Before applying.
Rent is based off income of household, or base rent, whichever is higher. There for, rent is higher
for higher income households.
Rent is based on 27% of Income.
